1. Processing Time

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic (USA): 7–10 business days.

  • International: 15–18 business days.

  • Carriers may include DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, or other reliable partners.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

3. Shipping Costs

  • We offer free worldwide shipping.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

  • If your order is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, contact us immediately.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.

6. Order Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Orders can be cancelled or updated within 24 hours of placement.

  • Once shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
